Dean’s Letter to Students
Dear Future Graduate,
Congratulations on your approaching graduation! What an exciting time! You will soon join nearly 200,000 UH alumni. Your family and friends share in the joy of your achievement, and your family at UH is also happy for you. The UH faculty and staff know that you will touch lives and bring excellence to whatever you pursue. As Dean of the College of Education, I want to say how proud I am of the accomplishments of the Spring 2013 graduating class. It has been an honor to serve you.
It is my hope that the University of Houston remains an integral part of your life once you are, like me, a UH College of Education alum. Please keep in touch by sharing your accolades and victories at coedean@uh.edu. Consider becoming an active member of the College of Education’s alumni association.
Let me also say thank you for entrusting the UH College of Education with the task of teaching, training, molding and mentoring you in preparation for your future success. We hope that you celebrate your graduation milestone with us at our commencement ceremony. You will find important details about the commencement ceremony on this page. We look forward to seeing you there.
Our best wishes are with you as you change the world. You are the pride.
