The Department of Educational Leadership and
Cultural Studies curriculum prepares students for leadership positions in
all educational settings. Graduates of the department's programs work as
educational leaders in public and private school systems and in various
kinds of postsecondary institutions, government agencies, professional
organizations, and industrial and corporate training programs.
