2007 UH STANDING COMMITTEES PREFERENCE SURVEY

The Faculty Senate Committee on Committees uses this Preference Survey to nominate faculty to all the University standing committees. Your response to this survey places your name in a preferred pool of faculty from which the majority of nominations are drawn throughout the year.

To assist you in making your selections, an average workload for the committee and any specific requirements for service have been noted where available. If you require more information, have questions, or would like to receive a printed survey please contact Mary Brantley in the Faculty Senate at 713/743-9181.

Please complete this survey as soon as possible, as the Committee on Committees will begin its deliberations soon. Your participation is appreciated.

Even if you are not asked to serve at this time, please remember that there will be ad hoc committees and vacancies on standing committees to fill throughout the year.

NOTE: If you are selected to serve on a committee,
you will receive notice.

Unless otherwise indicated,
committee service starts on September 1, 2007
