Any overtime or additional hours reflected on biweekly timesheets must be accompanied by an overtime log that has been signed by the supervisor. All overtime worked, whether paid in compensatory time or dollars, must be approved in advance by the employee's supervisor. Exempt employees (monthly-paid) are not eligible to receive overtime or compensatory time since the University requires that exempt employees work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Any time sick leave or vacation is recorded on a timesheet, whether biweekly or monthly, an approved Leave Notification Request form must accompany the timesheet.
