"Time and time again, Velvette, Tim, Daniel, and the rest of the CITE staff make using WebCT and Blackboard both accessible and successful for me and my students. Thanks to all for high levels of professionalism, expertise, and patience!"

College of Education staff-
"Out of all the places in the world that I could be, there is only one place I would want to be and that is here with each and every one of you in CITE."

Kappa Delta Pi-
"The CITE Lab has been one of the most significant resources for us. As our members graduate, one of the most frequent memories is the wonderful time we had in CITE. We thank CITE for their patience, expertise, and wonderful personalities."

"For what it’s worth, I would like to thank you individually and collectively for keeping our College technologically thriving amidst the recent onslaught of worms, viruses, and other untoward and unwanted intrusions. ...I just want you to know that I am grateful for your efforts this time and always."

"Thanks to Houston Young Lawyers Foundation for their support of this valuable project and to the University of Houston College of Education CITE Lab for additional support and curriculum development."

Campaign for Achievement: Finding Heroes in the Faces of Houston
(The Children's Museum of Houston)
-
"What is a hero? As defined by one of this year's youth artists: "Heroes are normal people who do the right thing." Through a partnership with the Children's Museum of Houston, the Houston Area Urban League, Houston Institute for Culture, and SHAPE Community Center, photographer Ben DeSoto taught local youth between the ages of 8 to 13 a "bag of tricks" of how to capture the concept of heroism through the art of photography. Parents, siblings, doctors, policemen and scientists are just some of the heroes these children portray in this exhibit. Special thanks to the University of Houston-College of Education CITE lab for providing digital cameras for the students during the program."

The Buzz Continues-
"University of Houston students often prepare their Digital Stories in the CITE lab, an open lab for everyone enrolled in the College of Education."

Youth Voices and Archive Projects-
"This CD [Youth Voices and Archive Projects] is a radio program from KPFT in Houston. It features youth digital storytelling projects made by middle school and after-school students - "Talking About Sexism", "Help Haiti", "Students for a Better Houston", and more. The project is produced by Houston Institute for Culture' Digital Story Resource Center with support of the Harris County Department of Education's CASE (Cooperative for After-school Enrichment) program, the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation, and the CITE Lab at the University of Houston College of Education. Additionally, Digital Story Resource Center archives are featured in the program.."
