The Center for Information Technology strives to provide you with the best technology experience during your time here in the College of Education. Our friendly CITE Lab Help Desk and FAST assistants are available to help with any technical problems you may have during your semester.

CITE is always looking for qualified College of Education students. Our students make the best assistants, due to experience in technology education courses. If you are interested in becoming a CITE Lab assistant, please contact Tim Rosas for further information. If all positions are filled for the semester, you could still be considered for future employment.

Microsoft Office 2007
It is very important to understand the files created in Office 2007 are not compatible with earlier versions of Office. In order to ensure your professor will be able to grade your course work, please save your documents in an earlier 2003 format (.doc, .ppt, .xls, .pub, etc...)

CITE Server Initiative
College of Education student enrollment increases every year. To support your academic needs, we have partnered with Dell to upgrade CITE’s server capacity. This project will provide increased options for both current and future College needs in terms of services, recoverability, and reliability.

Lab Locations and Hours | Lab Software List
If a particular lab is crowded, please visit any of our three fully functioning CITE Labs. The site includes location, hours, and number of computers provided.

Equipment Checkout
The CITE Lab provides students, currently enrolled in College of Education courses, the opportunity to checkout hardware from the CITE Lab Help Desk.

MyAdvisor Intranet System for Graduates
MyAdvisor is the new electronic interface for student graduate services in the College of Education. In this application, you are able to fill out many of the forms dealing with the progress toward your degree, such as filing degree plans or submitting general petitions. Students are also able to review important dates, deadlines and other pertinent information.

Training Library
The CITE Lab strives to support your needs in person and online. Throughout the semester we accumulate great resources from our students, faculty, and staff. The resource page includes tutorials, useful links, free software downloads, and templates that can prove useful during your coursework here in the College of Education.
