| MASTER OF EDUCATION CORE POLICY
Nine credit hours of core elements must be completed, three from each of the following three broad disciplinary foundations. Each degree plan must include a minimum of 6 semester hours of coursework completed outside the major department. A list of approved courses meeting requirements from each of these disciplinary foundations is published each May by the College of Education Graduate Studies Committee. Exceptions to courses on the approved list will be considered by petition on a case-by-case basis by the College Graduate Studies Committee.
