Completion of the Program requires completion of one academic year of practicum experience (six credit hours). Students who enter the Program without a master's degree or previous practicum experience at the master's level are required to complete an additional year of practicum at the doctoral level for a total of 12 credit hours.

Students should have completed the appropriate coursework to prepare them to work effectively at the preferred site. Completion of advanced coursework (e.g., Advanced Assessment I and II) may be necessary for practicum placements at particular sites.
