 The QUEST program is organized into three distinct phases. QUEST 1 is learner-focused, with the goal of introducing teacher candidates to the teaching profession and to the development of children. QUEST 2 is content-focused, where candidates learn the most current methodology for teaching all content areas for which they will be certified. QUEST 3, typically known as student teaching, is performance-focused, immersing candidates in the real work of teachers in school settings.
