Deadline Notice!!!

Alternative field experience reflections should be submitted to Sesa Edgar in Farish Hall office 160L. Due NO LATER THAN 11/14/08–NO EXCEPTIONS! Remember to do the videos also -  they are described on the "Field Experiences by Course" page or your syllabus.

Anyone who completed hours during the storm should have already turned those hours in! We will not accept any hours past 11/14/08. To get field experience credit, put the timesheet in an envelope. Put your name and your professor's name on the envelope and turn the envelope into Dr. Edgar in 160L.

Reflections and video answers are due 11/25/08. We will not accept any after the deadline. Students attending the December 5th field experience at Mistral can turn in all of their reflections on 12/8/08.

August 18th Announcements

New Fall 2008 Semester

EC-6 students are required to participate in a total of 60 hours of field experience. To fulfill this requirement each student will attend a 20 hour field experience in CUIN 3201, CUIN 3317, CUIN 4318. Each course has a different grade level component; 3201 goes to a pre-k center, 3317 goes to an elementary school, and 4318 goes to a middle school.

Students who take these courses during the same semester will be required to do a 20 hour field experience in each class. No Exceptions.

Absolutely NO criminal background forms will be accepted after 9/5/08.

Remember: You will not be able to attend field experiences for the semester if you have not completed your criminal background forms.
