Dr. Davis' teaching and research interests include community engagement, workforce development, program evaluation, engineering education, longitudinal data analysis, educator career outcomes, and educational policy analysis. Prior to joining the faculty at UH, Dr. Davis was a faculty member at the University of Texas at Arlington and a public school educator in the Greater Houston area.
